The www.zanadesign.eu Internet Shop is run by the ZaNa Design Sebastian Zach Company localised in Gdańsk, ul. Bażyńskiego 32.

1. The Internet Shop offer.
The merchandise offered by the Internet Shop is manufactured by the ZaNa Design Company using subassemblies from renowned manufacturers. All the products in the offer have a suggested gross price and these are retail prices. After the registration process the customer may access bulk prices (expressed in net value). Every customer has the right to pursue an individual discount system. Delivery costs are added to the purchase price in accordance with ordered merchandise delivery rules set by the Internet Shop (merchandise deliveries in Poland and sales abroad).
2. Customer registration.
If the customer desires to purchase merchandise in the Internet Shop he or she should register in the system through filling out the registration form. After verification and saving customer data in the system an individual customer code (login and password) will be ascribed and sent to you via e-mail.
3. Sales procedure.
- Please choose your purchase from the "PRODUCTS" list by clicking "ADD TO CART".
- In the following window please choose the quantity and colour of the ordered merchandise.
- Points one and two should be repeated until all desired merchandise will be added to your cart.
- After choosing all of your merchandise please click the "ORDER" button.
- After clicking the button a window should appear in which the order may be changed or accepted and both the form of payment is chosen and rules and regulations and conditions of delivery must be read and accepted.
- Subsequently please press the "CONFIRM ORDER" button.
- After placing your order a message will be sent to your e-mail address confirming the acceptance of the order by the system. During 24 hours from receiving your order, a message will be sent to you confirming the placed order and containing transport costs and the delivery date.

Because of the uniqueness of the merchandise and conditions resulting from production processes, ZaNa Design reserves the right to determine final order conditions by means of phone contact.
4. Order realisation time.
The standard time of fulfilling an order is no more than 14 work-days. In special situations it may take longer to fulfil an order, of which the customer will always be informed when the order is confirmed.
5. Rules and forms of payment.
- Individual customers - as far as individual customers are concerned, the fulfilment of an order requires full payment in advance. Both payments directly to the bank account and through the electronic payment system "PayPal" are acceptable.
- Institutional clients - (companies) - when customer places an order for the first time, the realisation of deliveries requires an advance of 50% of the transaction value. The remaining amount is to be paid before sending the merchandise. The sum should be paid directly to the ZaNa Design bank account or by the electronic payment system "PayPal". In case of further orders the advance is not required.
6. VAT invoice.
For each fulfilled order a VAT invoice is written out for a company or private person.
7. Merchandise delivery.
- Deliveries to European Union countries - the deliveries are handled either by the Polish Post Office or by courier services. The delivery cost depends on package weight and is given in order confirmation. In the Tricity area there is a possibility of delivering the merchandise free of charge to the Customer's building. In case of sales abroad the prices stated on the invoice are net prices.
- In case of deliveries of merchandise beyond the European Union's - custom area the package may be subject to import fees and taxes, imposed by the receiving country. All additional formalities concerning the retrieval of the package from the Customs Office are considered to be Customer. We have no control over additional fees and we cannot predict them - they are dependent on the receiving country. To obtain detailed information on border fees, taxes and duties, please contact your local Customs Office. In case of deliveries of merchandise beyond the European Union's custom area the prices given on the invoice are net prices. If the Customer retrieves the delivery from Poland using his or her own transport he or she is required to submit a deposit equal to the VAT. The deposit will be returned to the Customer when the Seller will receive a copy of Card 3 of the SAD document, which has an endorsement form the border Customs Office at the back.
8. Complaints.
All merchandise sold at the Internet Shop is covered by a guarantee from the manufacturer. The Guarantee Card comes with each product. The content of the guarantee is also available at www.zanadesign.eu.
9. Product renting procedure.
There is a possibility of renting products (e.g. for Customer presentation purposes). In such case please contact us by phone at the number indicated at the web page in the "CONTACT" field and the Final Statement section of the Rules and Regulations. The renting of products requires paying a deposit in total of the net value of the ordered merchandise. The deposit is to be paid to ZaNa Design Company's banking account. The deposit is returned when the merchandise for which the deposit has been paid for is returned. Product renting duration should be no longer than 30 days. The product renting possibility concerns institutional clients (companies) only.
Attention!!!
ZaNa Design reserves the right to establish other conditions of renting products, other than those mentioned in the Rules and Regulations, including the right to decline the request for product renting.
